“God’s Word – Faith”: In today’s Gospel episode, Jesus proclaimed and praised His Mother who “hears the Word of God and puts it into practice”. Ponder on, “There are no believers who obey as fully as Mary. Her obedience was so perfect and discerning that she did not commit even a single sin! Ask Mary to pray for us sinners.”

The mother and brothers of Jesus came looking for him, but they could not get to him because of the crowd. He was told, ‘Your mother and brothers are standing outside and want to see you.’
But he said in answer, ‘My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and put it into practice.’
